Here is how this works in practice. We run drone videography as a planned camera-department discipline rather than an afterthought, with pilots who think first as cinematographers. From our Belgrade base we scope the sequence on the tech scout, identify airspace constraints and build the flight plan before a single shot is locked. Our operators fly everything from compact DJI sites for tight reveals and setting up moves to heavy-lift rigs carrying cinema bodies for sequences that need to intercut with ground coverage.

Here is the short of it. We pair each flight with a safety observer, many battery sets and backup airframes, and we set up the drone unit directly with the DP so altitude, speed and lens choices match the look book. RF links and video downlinks are operated within the range rules set by RATEL. Footage is delivered with flight logs and metadata for the production record. For very large aerial sequences we supplement crew and pro sites from the wider region.

Here is the breakdown. Serbian airspace is covered by the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia. We hold the operator authorisations and submit the permits and notifications each shoot needs. Belgrade carries major off-limits airspace because of the city centre and Nikola Tesla Airport, so urban flights need lead time. This we build into the schedule. Outside the capital the country opens up: the confluence of the Sava and Danube, the Petrovaradin Fortress at Novi Sad.

Here is what that looks like on the ground. The plains of Vojvodina and the mountains of Tara, Zlatibor and Kopaonik all reward aerial coverage. National parks such as Djerdap and Tara apply conservation rules. We clear flights with park authorities in advance.
