Here is how this works in practice. We crew the electrical department around a skilled gaffer who translates the DP's look into a working lighting plan. From our Belgrade base we field best boys, electricians and rigging crew who have lit global features and series for more than a decade, and the gaffer joins tech scouts to check power, rigging points and the daily lighting order. For studio work at PFI Studios near Simanovci we build full lighting rigs across one of the region's largest complexes.

Here is the short of it. On location we plan distribution, cabling and crew movement so a busy set stays safe and efficient. Our teams work fluently with HMI, tungsten and today's LED fixtures, and we source lighting packages, distribution and consumables through Belgrade rental houses, calling on the wider Balkan region for very large rigs. The gaffer sets up closely with the key grip. The DP so the look holds from setup to wrap. Runs the electrical crew to the schedule so the camera department is never waiting on light.
