Here is how this works in practice. We run aerial drone services as a complete, covered production discipline crewed from our Belgrade base. Our operators are cinematographers first, planning each flight on the tech scout, mapping airspace constraints and building flight plans before a shot is locked. We deploy compact sites for establishing shots, reveals and tracking moves. FPV drones for dynamic chase and proximity work. Heavy-lift airframes carrying full cinema bodies for sequences that intercut with ground coverage.

Here is the short of it. Each operation runs with a safety observer, multiple battery sets and backup airframes, and the drone unit is set up directly with the DP so altitude, speed and lens choices match the look book. We handle night operations with the fitting lighting and authorisations. We deliver footage with flight logs and metadata for the production record. Drone sites come through our Belgrade base, with expert heavy-lift and FPV rigs and extra pilots supplemented from the wider region for major aerial sequences.

Here is the breakdown. Drone operations in Serbia fall under the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia. We hold the operator authorisations and submit the permits, notifications and airspace authorisations each shoot needs. Belgrade carries major restricted airspace because of the city centre and Nikola Tesla Airport, so urban flights need lead time. This we build into the schedule. Beyond the capital the country opens up: the confluence of the Sava and Danube, the Kalemegdan fortress, the Petrovaradin Fortress at Novi Sad.

Here is what that looks like on the ground. The plains of Vojvodina, the Djerdap gorge and the mountains of Tara, Zlatibor and Kopaonik all reward aerial coverage. RF links and video downlinks are operated within the range rules set by RATEL. National parks such as Djerdap and Tara apply conservation rules, which we clear with park authorities in advance. The temperate inland climate gives clear, stable flying weather across spring and autumn, and the 25 to 30 per cent cash rebate through the Film in Serbia programme of the Serbia Film Commission keeps a fully licensed aerial unit cost-good.
